⦁ Community connections: recruit, grow, and sustain community connections by facilitating or attending meetings to support the Westside Affordable Housing Development Capacity Building project and partnerships with key organizations participating in the Westside Affordable Housing with other relevant citywide and cross-sector organizations including government agencies, housing providers, neighborhood/tenant associations, businesses/merchants’ associations, and faith-based organizations.

⦁ Outreach and education: develop street-smart strategies, compelling campaigns/materials, and engaging workshops in multiple languages that resonate with and motivate target audiences to acquire knowledge about affordable housing. 
Strategic planning: synthesize available data to create an implementation strategy for the Westside. Refine the recommendations made through a community process, including an online and print survey in multiple languages to get input by obtaining stakeholders. Develop a plan of actionable and measurable items that engages local community partners, homeowners, and the small business 

⦁ Act as an SME on Homeless, Disable, Senior population and other demographic, COPA, Tax Credit (LIHTC), Residents concern, Small Site Acquisition policy San Francisco Housing element, Re-Zoning, area median income method, government housing policy that impact Westside affordable Housing project

⦁ Assist in preparing and submitting reports to current housing funders, tracking project data, grant development, and other ad-hoc reports, as needed.
