Manos Kouligkas

Manos Kouligkas is the Chief Executive Officer of Libra Group, a privately-owned international business group with assets and operations in nearly 60 countries.12 He assumed this role on October 3, 2022, after being appointed by the company's Board of Directors.3

Prior to becoming CEO, Kouligkas had a 10-year career with Libra Group, most recently serving as the Chief Financial Officer of Lomar Shipping, one of Libra Group's maritime subsidiaries based in London.14 During his time at Lomar, he played a crucial role in the company's development and expansion, particularly during a period when Lomar made significant investments in the shipping industry.1
