    Manon Ebel is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background. She achieved a Permaculture Diploma from the UK Permaculture Association, a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Environment and Sustainable Development, Global Issues and Governance from Université de Montréal, and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in International Studies and Law from the same institution.     Over the years, Manon Ebel has held various positions in renowned organizations. She currently serves as the Project Manager for Climate Policy at the Red Cross Red Crescent Climate Centre. Previously, she worked as a Programme Analyst in Climate Change and Disaster Risk Reduction at the UNDP, focusing on Climate Change and Resilience. Prior to that, Manon held roles such as Flood Resilience Programme Associate at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies and Data Analyst at REACH Initiative. She also gained experience working as an Administrative Consultant at Parole d'ExcluEs, as a Development Coordinator at the Association des Scouts du Canada, and as a Research Intern on Climate Change and Human Rights at Amnesty International Canada francophone, among other roles. Her diverse experiences have allowed her to have a comprehensive understanding of various environmental and sustainability issues.

    Beyond her professional endeavors, Manon Ebel has been involved in roles such as being an Environmental Officer at Ville de Montréal and a Field Interviewer at Statistics Canada. Her rich background showcases a strong commitment to environmental causes and community service.
