Manon DeFelice

Manon DeFelice is the founder and CEO of Inkwell, a startup that matches accomplished professionals with companies seeking top talent on a flexible basis.12 She is an entrepreneur, mother of three, and advocate for women's rights.24

Prior to founding Inkwell in 2015, DeFelice served as the Executive Director and General Counsel of the AHA Foundation from 2010 to 2014, where she focused on ending honor violence, forced marriage, child marriage, and female genital mutilation in the United States.2 She also worked as an Assistant Counsel in Mayor Michael Bloomberg's Office of Criminal Justice, helping develop New York City's first policies to address human trafficking victims.1

DeFelice's professional background includes experience as a legal intern in the Sex Crimes Unit of the New York County District Attorney's Office and as an associate in the Global Consulting Group at Willis Towers Watson.2 She holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Brooklyn Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Barnard College.2
