Manoj Sharma is a seasoned Product Executive with longstanding success in enterprise products and cloud services. Currently, he is spearheading the cloud-native VMware platform business at Google Cloud.

During his tenure at CloudSimple, Manoj led product management and strategy, enabling the delivery of 'VMware-as-a-Service' to various public clouds including Azure and Google Cloud, ultimately resulting in its acquisition by Google.

His career highlights include delivering intelligent cloud operations for Enterprises at Cisco and pioneering vCenter Capacity IQ at VMware, which laid the groundwork for the $1B+ vRealize Suite product line.

Manoj bootstrapped and steered Forespire, a predictive analytics product, from inception to successful post-sales. This solution provided technology managers with invaluable insights for defect forecasts and predictive customer impact analysis to enhance large infrastructure product delivery.

Furthermore, he founded and guided the vCenter Storage Management Team in developing high-value storage visibility features utilized by over 16,000 customers, influencing industry standards like Virtualization API for Storage Awareness (VASA).

Manoj Sharma holds a BS in Computer Science from IIT Bombay, an MS in Computer Science specializing in Database Systems from the University of Maryland, and an MBA from The Wharton School, showcasing his extensive educational background.
