Manoj Sharma is a Quantitative Sciences Technical Leader with nearly two decades of experience in developing innovative solutions in the Medical Device, Healthcare, and Insurance industries. His expertise lies in spearheading Global New Product Introductions (NPIs) and New Initiatives, building and leading diverse teams in R&D, Vendor Management, Outsourcing, and Design Excellence.

He has a strong background in leading data scientists across the globe to provide cutting-edge data science solutions within the Insurance domain. With a focus on Data Science and Biomedical Informatics, he excels in product design, creating pioneering solutions and algorithms that have led to patents and publications.

Throughout his career, Manoj has been instrumental in enabling data-driven decisions for Technology Evaluation and Business Situations, resulting in substantial savings amounting to around $10 million. He has taken on key roles as an R&D core team lead for multiple New Product Introductions, showcasing his leadership in team development both internationally, in locations like Beijing, and domestically in the USA.

Manoj Sharma holds a PhD in Statistics and has served as an Adjunct Faculty at California State University. His consulting work has seen him independently providing services in Algorithm Development and Calibration Methods for various startups.

Continuing his education, Manoj has pursued programs on Leading Product Development from Harvard University and McKenna Advanced Project Management.
