Scouting strategic technologies, negotiating terms of collaboration and manage PoCs (several hundreds $K) with startup compnaies and/or universities  with the objective of incorporating these technologies into Zebra products and solutions.

Contributing to the development of a wireless Motion Geographical Coverage Modeling Simulator. It emulates a multi-site cellular system where users are randomly placed in starting geographic positions with randomly selected motion (heading and speed).

As a team leader at the DSP group that developed a public saftey cellular subscriber (TETRA) I've led a matrix team that developed several features on a TETRA subscriber.

As a senior engineer at the DSP group:
• Led the design and the development of the crypto module of the TETRA subscriber.
• Defined and designed a channel estimator for the Handoff algortihm.
• Co-designer of the handoff algorithm and Mobile Link Entity of the subscriber.
