Manisha Arora is a young, energetic, and result-oriented professional currently serving as an RPA consultant at ISG. With over 7.8 years of total experience, she has honed her expertise in RPA, specifically with 3.10 years in the field. Her projects span across various domains such as Telecom, Banking, Contact Center including Amazon Connect and Cisco Finesse.

Manisha is a certified professional in UiPath and has hands-on experience in NICE/Uipath. She has worked on diverse applications including Web, Mainframe-putty, AS400, and Siebel. Her skill set includes a solid understanding of RPA concepts, HTML, XML, JavaScript, and SQL.

Over her career, Manisha has effectively managed automation projects from inception to completion, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. She has designed and implemented robust failure recovery mechanisms to ensure seamless robot operation and client uptime.
