Manish Gupta is an enthusiastic Scientific Leader with a strong passion for connecting biology and drug product design to deliver the best medicines for patients.

Currently, he leads the Sterile Drug Product Department, emphasizing on designing and controlling parenteral small molecule products using an integrated formulation, processing, drug delivery, and packaging design approach.
Manish Gupta has previously led the Global Biopharmaceutics department, overseeing Oral, Parenteral, and Inhalation delivery with a focus on innovative applications, including PBPK Predictive Modeling.
His expertise extends to CMC, Safety, and DMPK Project Leadership, where he successfully managed a late-stage long-acting nanomilled injection project with a Global Team of over 50 members, industrializing a novel parenteral product for HIV treatment.
He has been a driving force behind science and risk-based product development for Oral Commercial Oncology Products, engaging in regulatory discussions with FDA, EMA, Health Canada, PMDA, and ANVISA.
Manish Gupta pursued his BS and MS in Pharmaceutical Science from the College of Pharmacy, University of Delhi, and furthered his education with a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Science from The University of Connecticut.
He has held key positions at GSK, starting as a Research Scientist at Ranbaxy Research Labs and progressing to roles including Manager, Director, and Senior Director at GSK.
