Manish Gautam

Manish Gautam is an MBA graduate from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM A), with specialized experience in strategy, project management, and program management.

Currently, Manish is involved with Navi's strategy team, focusing on translating the company's vision into actionable strategic initiatives.

Prior to his current role, he gained insights into the lending business of Navi Group while working in the CEO's Office, understanding the operational dynamics of the business.

During his academic tenure at IIM A, Manish interned with Amazon's Last Mile Analytics & Quality team, securing a Pre-Placement Offer as a Program Manager with the company.

Before pursuing his MBA, Manish worked as a Project Manager at Bajaj Auto Ltd., a prominent player in the motorcycle manufacturing sector, where he honed his skills in project planning, stakeholder management, program management, conflict resolution, and reporting to senior management.

Manish holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal, further complementing his business acumen with technical expertise.

His professional journey includes various notable roles such as Strategy at Navi, Program Management at Amazon, and Project Management at Bajaj Auto Ltd, showcasing his versatile skill set across different industries and functions.
