Mandeep Dhillon is a CEO and Founder who has successfully established and led several organizations. With a BA from Duke University and a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law, Mandeep has also completed an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Prior to her entrepreneurial journey, Mandeep has worked as a Product Manager at Facebook, Vice President at The Walt Disney Company, Engagement Manager and Associate at McKinsey & Company, and an Associate at Latham & Watkins. Mandeep is also a former board member of various organizations including the Duke Alumni Association and Woodland School.

In 2009, Mandeep established her very own company, Togetherville Inc. Her experience as a mother inspired her to create an online destination where young children could safely and securely experience social networking. The Walt Disney Company eventually acquired Togetherville, and Mandeep went on to explore new ventures.

In 2013, Mandeep founded 1StudentBody, with the purpose of connecting students from all around the world into one cohesive community. Mandeep's vision was to leverage technology to dissolve cultural barriers and create a platform that would help students from any country feel more connected and supported during the challenging high school years. The National Federation of High Schools recognized 1StudentBody as a licensee, and Mandeep continues to work as its CEO.

In addition to devoting time to her own businesses, Mandeep has served as a board member and strategy chair at SV Faces, and as the CEO and founder of Polymath Innovations. Mandeep is a sought-after speaker and has shared her insights on topics ranging from technology, entrepreneurship, education, and leadership.
