With vast experience in developing service offerings around emerging technologies for commercial use, he excels in providing leadership in project management, technology adoption, SDLC methodologies, resource allocation, and client engagement.

His portfolio includes collaborations with top-tier companies across various industries like Business Consulting, Finance, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, e-learning, Human Resource, and Government sectors.

In 2007, Mandar co-founded SpadeWorx, a renowned organization specializing in RIA services for ISVs and Enterprises. His vision, coupled with the dedication of his team, aims to position the company as a frontrunner in the industry.

Mandar's expertise spans conceptualization, architecture, design, marketing strategy, and business development.

He pursued his Master of Science degree from Birla Institute of Technology and Science and completed his Bachelor of Engineering from Shivaji University.
