Manas Mainrai is a results-oriented business leader with over 15 years of experience in leadership, sales, and consulting roles across APAC and Europe.

With a knack for problem-solving and the ability to engage and lead teams and business leaders across different cultures, Manas has assisted numerous Fortune 500 clients in areas such as Strategy Alignment, Talent Development, and Leadership Development.

Currently, he leads the APAC Enterprise Team for Emeritus, focusing on building a Digital Future and helping clients in digital transformation, technology utilization, cultural shift, innovation, leadership development, strategic alignment, business acumen, customer experience improvement, and defining high performance standards.

Manas holds an MBA in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, and a High School Diploma in Mathematics and Computer Science from City Montessori School.
