She is the founder of Objective - A Communications Consultancy and currently works as an Independent Communications Consultant, offering strategic solutions to businesses of all sizes. Prior to this, Mamta held the position of Vice President - Service Quality and Member Initiatives, and Vice President - Marketing and Communications at SKS Microfinance Pvt Ltd. She has also worked as Director-South at Rediffusion Y&R and General Manager at DDB Mudra Group.
