Malliha Wilson

Malliha Wilson is a distinguished lawyer at Nava Wilson LLP with extensive experience in various legal roles.

She previously held the position of Assistant Deputy Attorney General, Civil, for the Government of Ontario for over 8 years, showcasing her expertise in civil law.

With over 30 years as Senior Appellate Litigation Counsel in the Ontario Government, Malliha has been involved in numerous significant cases at the Supreme Court of Canada and the Ontario Court of Appeal.

Her legal focus areas include international human rights, indigenous rights, constitutional law, corporate law, labour law, and complex litigation.

Malliha Wilson holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from York University's Osgoode Hall Law School, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Anthropology and German from McGill University.

She also enriched her education with summer programs in English, Drama, and Literature at the University of Oxford, as well as German Language and Literature at The University of Freiburg.

Apart from her current role at Nava Wilson LLP, Malliha has previously served as a Special Legal Advisor at the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) and held leadership positions at the Ministry of the Attorney General and Ontario Ministry of Labour.
