    He holds an Engineer's Degree from The University of Western Australia and has held significant leadership roles at reputable organizations such as NAB and Commonwealth Bank, where he served as Head of Vietnam Delivery Centre, Executive Manager for Digital Delivery and Engineering, Acting Centre Director for Digital Centre of Excellence, and Solution Engineering Manager for Java Services.
