Malcolm Tilsed is a seasoned retail and events expert with a visionary mindset. He is the Managing Director of Greenbox Management Solutions, where he offers low-cost marketing, business mentoring, and PR solutions to improve and drive customers into your business, town, or shopping centre. With advanced entrepreneurial skills, Malcolm is well-versed in achieving peak customer and client satisfaction levels while optimising operational efficiencies.

Malcolm is an expert in handling a range of property and operational issues, promoting environment sustainability, and achieving financial performance for businesses. He is also skilled in marketing, recruitment, training and people objectives, providing health for your business, and shopping centre management. He is NEBOSH trained in health and safety, able to provide safety management consultancy, and has excellent board-level experience with a strong management and safety culture.

With a great practical education from Seldown and a diploma in Management from the University of Reading, Malcolm has extensive expertise in retail, property management, event management, and corporate planning. Before joining Greenbox, he served as the Regional Operations Manager Interim at CBRE, Centre Manager Dip SCM NEBOSH at Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP, Centre Manager at The 02 Arena London, CENTRE MANAGER at CBRE & LEND LEASE, and General Manager at BHS.

In his free time, Malcolm formed a charity Meadows Shopmobility Scheme aimed at helping people with mobility challenges. He is an excellent communicator who can engage at all levels within a business.
