With a strong foundation in law from the National University of Singapore, Malcolm has transitioned into roles as an in-house regional legal counsel, covering multiple countries in the Asia-Pacific region.

His entrepreneurial journey includes founding and advising several successful ventures like Gravitas International, Qrypt Technologies, and Technicorum Holdings, where he currently holds positions as Chief Strategist and Advisor.

Malcolm Tan is a specialist in cryptocurrency and blockchain-related law and projects, with a focus on decentralized finance (DeFi) initiatives.

He has authored two books on ICO/ITO in Singapore and DeFi, showcasing his expertise in the latest financial phenomena.

With a goal to maximize potential and achieve success through strategic partnerships, Malcolm has been involved in over 80 projects in the past 3 years, spanning areas such as business consultancy, funding, investments, and technology.
