Malcolm Higenyi

Malcolm Higenyi is a data-driven business development professional with vast expertise in the tech industry. He is experienced in developing data insights and value storytelling to enhance customer success, go-to-market, and marketing teams cross-functionally. His background in customer insights has enabled him to leverage data and analytics to improve business strategy, operations, and product development. Higenyi obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from The British International School, Cairo.

He is currently working as a Data Strategist at Yext, where he helps businesses unlock the potential of their data. He joined Yext as a Brand & Business Development Intern and worked his way up to Business Development, Enterprise, before transitioning to the Data Strategy team. In his former role as Associate and Junior Data Strategist, Malcolm honed his expertise in analyzing data to derive meaningful insights that drive business growth.

Higenyi has also worked as Sales Development Representative, Partner at Yext, Co-Director of Operations at Kram Technologies LLC, and Strategic Development Intern at Liquid Telecom. His broad professional background has enabled him to develop a wealth of skills in business development, data analysis, customer success, and product development.
