Malcolm Frsa is a distinguished fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, highly experienced in technical recruitment for over 30 years. He is a member of British MENSA and is devoted to empowering and mentoring workers aged 50 and above. Malcolm has been a crucial player in the development of the Age discrimination section of The Equality Act 2010, which outlaws discrimination against employees, job seekers, and trainees due to their age. He is deeply committed to deliver within a supply chain under the Merlin Standard. Malcolm is also a former lead consultant for Addressing Rural Fuel Poverty and has served as a mentor at FiftyON EAST Community Interest Company.
