Isabel Malbois

Isabel Malbois is the Chief Executive Officer of NEOM Organics, a wellbeing brand known for its focus on natural products designed to enhance wellness. She was appointed to this role on October 23, 2023, succeeding co-founder Oliver Mennell, who transitioned to the position of Non-Executive Chair after over 18 years at the helm of the company.12

Malbois has a robust background in the beauty and wellness industry, accumulating over 20 years of experience across both the UK and the US. Before joining NEOM, she spent 15 years at L’Oréal, where she held significant positions including Brand President for Urban Decay in the US and General Manager for Giorgio Armani in the UK and Ireland.13 She joined NEOM in November 2021 as Global Commercial Director and was promoted to Managing Director in July 2022 before becoming CEO.23
