Malakiy Rhoden

Mal'akiy Rhoden is an experienced and skilled Apple Certified technician who has worked with various organizations in the past. Having studied Associate of Arts (AA) in Film/Cinema/Video Studies at West Los Angeles College, Mal'akiy has a passion for producing music and film. He is also an avid reader of manga and manhwa.

With his vast experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing all Apple devices including desktops, portables, and iOS, Mal'akiy is an expert in his field. He is also proficient in working with networking devices such as Apple TV's and Airport Extreme/Expresses.

As a Creative/Trainer for Apple, Mal'akiy has taught professionals and consumers apple software like iWork and iLife as well as Pro apps like Logic. He has mentored co-workers in the past and has helped train existing and new employees. Additionally, he has also been instrumental in training large and small groups of employees for new Apple Store Openings.

Some of the organizations Mal'akiy has worked with in the past include Fuhu Inc., LightSail Education, and Apple Inc. as a Mac Genius, Creative, and Mac/Business Specialist. He has also worked as IT Executive Support at OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network and Contract Tech Specialist at Hachette Book Group.
