Currently, she holds the position of Global Leader Diversity & Inclusion at Stanton Chase, one of the leading global executive search firms. Before that, she worked as a Managing Partner, Partner, and Principal Consultant at Stanton Chase. In the past, she has also held several senior positions at Chairman's High Circle, ABC Consultants, Adecco India Limited, Saint-Gobain Glass, and ESAB India Ltd.
