Makar German

Makar German is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in various organizations.

He studied MBA IP&IR with a focus on investing at the Higher School of Economics and also holds a Master's degree in Geography from Perm State University (PSU).

Throughout his career, Makar German has held key positions in prestigious organizations. He served as the Deputy Head of Mission at the Trade representation of the Russian Federation in UAE, Deputy Chief Executive at JSC RUSNANO, and Deputy Director Of Operations at NII Voskhod.

Furthermore, he has valuable experience working in government entities, having been the Director of the Open Government Department and later promoted to Deputy Director at the Government of the Russian Federation. Makar German has also showcased his leadership skills as the Head of the executive office and Assistant of the Governor at Perm krai government.

Prior to his government roles, Makar German gained engineering experience as an Engineer at TGC-9, rounding out his expertise in both technical and administrative fields.
