A DJ set by Majorr Smith provides a kaleidoscope of music from a diverse background which serve as a palette for feel good tunes that have catered to clients such as Spotify, Essence, Dolce & Gabana, Revolve, Bulgari, Puma, Sports Illustrated, KNC Beauty, MTV, Tidal, Jermih, Zhavia Ward, Justine Skye and more.

Free Lance

- Book and coordinate logistics for some private events
- Pitch and produce member events
- Execute production and event programming
- Finalize all production detail and production notes
- Facilitate any day to day operations/structure
- Manage night of production and operations for member events
- Internally promote events

Member Events Production

Continued internship duties as well as private events administrative duties including but not limited to:

- Book private events, created BEO's, sent proposals, input weekly staffing and catering.
- Sales site visits with clients, including pre-event walk throughs.
- Point of contact for evening events including overseeing opening checklists, client greeting, operational event execution and closing check lists.
- Book/update internal meetings, catering and setup.
- Update monthly member events in accordance to member calendar.
- Communicate with clients to gather and finalize events details for food and beverage, room set-up, AV requirements, time/dates of deliveries, and timeline/itinerary.
- Ensure client confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Private Events Coordinator

- Manage sales, inquiries, and bookings for two of the largest annual ticketed member events (Halloween & NYE).
- Manage floor plans/seating arrangements for bottle service tables.
- Host, direct and greet members and their guests during both events.

Private Events Intern

- Offered friendly, efficient and professional service to every member and guest.
- Interacted with members/guests and ensured a great dining and lounging experience.
- Responsible for being attentive to members/guests needs and making them feel welcome, comfortable, important, and relaxed.
- Maintained a proper dining experience, delivered items, fulfilled customer needs, offered menu choices, desserts and drinks, removed courses, replenished utensils, refilled glasses.
- Executed fast-paced hectic days, nights and special events with superior multi-tasking and quick thinking skills.
- Sustained excellent customer service no matter the predicament, challenge or chaotic shift.

Server/Waitress

- Applied academic knowledge to real- world media relations, marketing and promotion scenarios.
- Responsible for documenting press releases, assisting in coordination of special events, promotions and photo-shoots.
- Worked with outside design vendors, assisted with social media outreach and organized merchandise for Mishka's brick and mortar warehouse.
