Majdolene Khweis is an extroverted individual with a passion for solving challenging problems and building connections with people.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering with an impressive 4.7/5.0 GPA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and completed her high school diplomas at Taos High School in Taos, NM.

Majdolene has a diverse professional background, having held positions such as People Analytics Manager at Discord and Quantcast, Senior People Operations, Data, and Systems Analyst at Coinbase, and Human Resources Coordinator at Coinbase.

Moreover, she also worked as a Professional Actor in Customer Experience and Support at Merlin Entertainments plc, an Associate Consultant at Ramboll, and as a Temporary Consultant at both the Jordan Competitiveness Program (JCP) at USAID and the Global Urban Development and Resiliency Practice at The World Bank.

Her academic journey includes being an Undergraduate Researcher at the Parsons Laboratory- Microbial Ecology & Engineering Group at MIT, an Environmental Engineer at WMATA, and participating in the Traveling Research Environmental Experiences (TREX XII) program at MIT.
