Maitri O'Brien

Maitri O'Brien is a seasoned consultant, advisor, and coach with over 25 years of expertise in leading organizational transformation and development initiatives. She is a people-centric professional who has worked with Fortune 500 companies worldwide, enabling them to focus on engaging, energizing, and empowering their employees and customers. Maitri is from San Francisco but currently based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Maitri graduated with a Master's in Psychology, Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Palo Alto University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Oregon. With her education and wealth of experience, she has written a book, "Change is Human," scheduled to be published in April 2021, describing how new generations of leaders can transform themselves, their business, and the world.

In her role as an advisor on human-centered change and transformation at Maitri OBrien and Partners, she is passionate about enabling transformative, inclusive, and people-focused companies. She served as a strategist and digital change and transformation consultant at DXC Technology and as the Director of Global Management of Change and Transformation Practice at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Earlier in her career, Maitri was an Organizational Change and Development Consultant at HP.
