He also founded Yummys German Sausage and has worked in prestigious kitchens such as those at Courchevel Prestige Chalets, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Burj Al Arab, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, showcasing his diverse experience in the culinary world.
Maik's background also includes a stint at Bundeswehr where he honed his skills further during his apprenticeship at the Intercontinental Hotel Schweizerhof Hannover.
