Maicd Elijah Buol OAM is a highly experienced professional with an impressive academic background, which includes a Juris Doctor degree in Law from The Australian National University and numerous qualifications from QUT (Queensland University of Technology), including LLM, MJus (Intelligence), GradCert Strategic Intelligence, Grad Dip of Dispute Resolution, BHumServ, Law, Criminology, Intelligence, and Human Service. He has a proven track record in program and management, stakeholder consultation, and partnership working. He has successfully managed high-profile projects and provided advice to senior executives on complex, sensitive matters, including family and human services. His excellent inter-personal skills enable him to work across all levels within an organisation. Maicd is passionate about working in challenging environments that focus on developing people and delivering organisational goals. He is currently Managing Director at Smart Answers Consulting and previously held roles as an Advanced Practitioner at QPASTT, Program Manager at Ethnic Communities Council of Queensland, and Research Assistant and Investigator at QUT.
