Mai Nguyen is a highly educated individual with a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Geography from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Geography from the University of California, Berkeley. Mai has a diverse professional background with experience in various organizations and roles. Currently, Mai serves as the Co-Director at Minnow. In the past, Mai was the Owner/Operator of Farmer Mai, held positions at the National Young Farmers Coalition as the California Director and Organizer, and worked as a Cooperative Development Associate at the California Center for Cooperative Development. Additionally, Mai has experience as a Food Hub Associate at North Coast Opportunities, Inc., Co-Founder at Toronto Sustainable Food Cooperative, Research Assistant at the University of Toronto and UC Berkeley, Farmers' Market Program Coordinator at the International Rescue Committee, and Research Assistant at San Diego State University.
