Maharshi Bhattacharya

Maharshi Bhattacharya is a Harvard Design School graduate with a Master's in Design Studies, specializing in technology. Bhattacharya is a cross-disciplinary solutionist with eight years of experience in architecture and design, research, writing, and education. Bhattacharya is a generalist who uses analytical skills with learning to tackle problems within the same ecosystem. Bhattacharya's learning curve in the design space has been steep, from designing Martian habitats to building architectural projects, functional artworks, and exploring ways to make human emotions tangible using ML and storytelling. Bhattacharya is proficient in design thinking, research, visual and computational design, rapid prototyping, fabrication, Adobe Suite, CAD software, C++, C#, and training and mentoring. Bhattacharya has accomplished many projects, including spearheading the development of the design and fabrication strategies for autonomous, habitable structures for Mars. Bhattacharya is the Lead Designer and Co-Founder of Stellar Amenities, a former Designer and Researcher at CultureNOW, and a former Design and Human Factors Researcher at Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering.
