Magnus Jacobsson is a seasoned software engineer with a broad background in technical support, marketing, and sales. In 2004, he completed his Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering with a software direction from Kristianstad University. He then pursued his Master's Degree in Embedded Computer Systems at the same institution. Magnus has demonstrated expertise in service support, with experience in Xerox, HP, CGI, and Qlik. On the other hand, he has also worked in marketing and sales positions at Oracle and Sword-group. Magnus' goal is to become a software developer.

Throughout Magnus' career, he has gained specializations in being service-minded, among other critical skills. He has worked in various organizations, such as Unikum datasystem ab as a Konsultsupport, Apptus Technologies AB as a service technician, and Lunds kommun as an IT-servicedesk. Mercedes-Benz Sverige and Logica have also had the pleasure of having him as part of their IT-support team. Magnus has had several Technical Support roles, including his once technical support engineer position at Qlik and Xerox. He also spent some time as a Marketing Intelligence Representative at Oracle.
