She started her journey by studying at the renowned Moses Brown School before pursuing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic Communications and Political Science at Elon University.

After graduation, Moran worked as an intern at the United States Senate before taking on various roles in event management and executive support. She served as an Executive Assistant at IDM, Inc., Sales Coordinator & Executive Assistant at The Doyle Collection and Manager at Skirtin' Around, among other positions. As a Corporate Events Manager at JLL and Conference Services Manager at The Doyle Collection, she honed her skills in event planning and coordination.

Moran later transitioned to healthcare and life sciences, working at Google Cloud Healthcare and Life Sciences as an Administrative Business Partner before joining Verily Life Sciences in the same role. Currently, she serves as an Administrative Business Partner at Verily Life Sciences, where she supports the team in various administrative tasks.
