Maggie Mae Joy is a dedicated product leader with a focus on creating exceptional user experiences and driving business growth. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Technology Management from Clarkson University and has also participated in an International Study Abroad Program at City University of Hong Kong. With an extensive professional background, she has held various senior and director-level product management positions at Coupa Software, where she managed a range of product lines including Source-to-Contract, Coupa Pay, Product Operations, Services Procurement, Contingent Workforce & Services Procurement, Coupa Contingent Workforce, Mobile Applications, Spend Guard, Travel and Expenses. Prior to her roles at Coupa Software, Maggie worked in consulting at IBM in various capacities and also gained experience in university recruitment and as a student tour guide at Clarkson University.
