Maggie Cong-Huyen

Maggie Cong-Huyen is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background. She studied Screenwriting at Northwestern University and earned a BA in Studio Art from Stanford University.

Maggie's career has been deeply rooted in academia. She currently serves as the Director of the John L. Ward Center for Family Enterprises at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Prior to this role, she held various positions within the university, including Associate Director of Executive Engagement, Senior Program Manager at the Kellogg Innovation and Entrepreneurship Initiative, Associate Director of Leadership Giving, Financial Analyst, Special Events Coordinator in Student Affairs, and Program Assistant for Major Gifts.

Before her tenure at Northwestern, Maggie Cong-Huyen worked as an Outreach Coordinator at the Stanford Social Innovation Review, showcasing her commitment to social impact and innovation.

With her extensive experience in leadership, program management, financial analysis, and donor relations, Maggie brings a wealth of expertise to the academic and nonprofit sectors.
