Maeve Connolly

Maeve Connolly is the Senior Vice President at McAllister & Quinn, a consulting firm based in Washington, D.C., specializing in higher education. She has been with the firm since 2011, progressing through various roles including fellow, research analyst, director, and managing director before her recent promotion to senior vice president in May 2023. In her current position, she leads strategic initiatives aimed at expanding the firm's higher education practice into new markets and enhancing internal processes to support growth.12

Connolly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Georgia (UGA) and a Certificate in Personal and Organizational Leadership from UGA's Terry College of Business. Throughout her career, she has developed a deep understanding of the needs of colleges and universities, successfully helping clients secure tens of millions in funding from federal agencies and private foundations for various projects including scholarships and curriculum development.12

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Maeve has been actively involved in alumni relations, serving as president of the UGA Alumni Association’s Washington, D.C. Chapter from 2015 to 2016. She resides in Washington, D.C., with her husband.2
