Mads also gained valuable experience through positions such as a Summer Intern at DNB and various coaching roles in the sports industry.

    Mads Frank's coaching experience is extensive and includes roles such as Rowing Coach at Hartpury University and Hartpury College, Assistant Coach in the World Class Start Programme at British Rowing, Head Coach of the Women's Rowing Team at Brasenose College, Oxford, Head Coach of the Men’s Rowing Team at The Queen's College, Oxford, and Co-Head Coach of the Men’s Rowing Team at Oriel College, Oxford.

    Additionally, Mads Frank honed his skills in a competitive environment during his time as a Business@School Trainee at The Boston Consulting Group where he achieved European finalist status.
