Mads Frank

Mads Frank is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in culture, talent, and workforce analytics. With a wealth of experience in global talent & development projects, a robust foundation in organizational psychology, and a previous career as a sports coach, Mads brings a unique perspective to the field.

Mads Frank holds a Bachelor's Degree in BA (Hons) Management from Oxford Brookes University, a Master’s Degree in MSc Organisational and Social Psychology from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Sports Coaching Science with Distinction / First from the University of the West of England.

Throughout his career, Mads has held key roles at renowned organizations such as Accenture, where he worked as a Management Consultant, and Deutsche Bank, where he served as both a Transformation & Change Associate in Global Recruiting Technology and an HR Graduate Analyst as part of the Rotation Programme. Mads also gained valuable experience through positions such as a Summer Intern at DNB and various coaching roles in the sports industry.

Mads Frank's coaching experience is extensive and includes roles such as Rowing Coach at Hartpury University and Hartpury College, Assistant Coach in the World Class Start Programme at British Rowing, Head Coach of the Women's Rowing Team at Brasenose College, Oxford, Head Coach of the Men’s Rowing Team at The Queen's College, Oxford, and Co-Head Coach of the Men’s Rowing Team at Oriel College, Oxford.

Additionally, Mads Frank honed his skills in a competitive environment during his time as a Business@School Trainee at The Boston Consulting Group where he achieved European finalist status.
