Mads Emil Dalsgaard is a climate change activist, technology entrepreneur, and marketing professional with more than a decade of experience in the startup ecosystem. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Culture, Communications, Marketing, and Branding from Copenhagen Business School and studied a Master of Science in Information Technology at the IT-Universitetet i København. He has worked on numerous startups and organizations, including Klimate.co, where he is the co-founder and CCO, and Funderbeam, where he was the CMO.

In his role at Klimate.co, Dalsgaard is on a mission to accelerate the development of technologies that can absorb greenhouse gas emissions from the atmosphere. He plans to achieve this by sending market signals for bleeding-edge technologies while combining them with affordable solutions. He aims to be the biggest single buyer of carbon removal by 2030 and obsolete by 2050. With his expertise in consumer behavior, intercultural communication, data analysis, and crisis communication, Dalsgaard is poised to make a meaningful impact in the fight against climate change.
