Prior to her role at Built Technologies, Madison excelled in various capacities within the realm of e-commerce and user experience at HealthStream, first as a Product Designer and then as the Capability Owner for eCommerce. Her diverse career also includes positions at Postlight as a Product Designer and CMMI Institute as a UX Designer. Driven by a passion for human-centered design, Madison's work consistently seeks to empower and elevate underserved populations by creating solutions that not only meet user needs but also contribute positively to society.
