Madhur Prabhakar

Madhur Prabhakar is the Founder and CEO of Dextr, a pioneering non-custodial crypto exchange focused on leveraging Soulbound tokens for enhanced security and efficiency.

With a strong background as a former Officer in the Government of India, Madhur has successfully led national projects such as the Indian General Elections and ERP implementation across numerous research and development labs.

In 2013, Madhur's interest in blockchain and Bitcoin led him to transition into the decentralized world of Web3, where he combines his expertise in public administration, project management, and governance to drive innovation at Dextr.

His educational journey includes studies in Innovation Readiness Series at The University of Texas at Austin, an MBA in Human Resources from Sikkim Manipal University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Institute Of Marketing and Management.

Throughout his career, Madhur has held key roles in various organizations, including Founder & CEO at EQ8 Network, Managing Director at BrainChain Technologies Pvt Ltd, and as a National Representative for India at the European Economic Chamber EEIGCham.
