Madhukar Govindaraju is a seasoned entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in the tech industry as a GM/Product Executive, CTO, SVP Engineering, and business leader. He has played instrumental roles in designing and developing market-leading HCM, CRM, and financial applications, social enterprise and collaboration software, BI platforms, big data management stacks, data visualization and information consumption, predictive analytics, and AI/machine learning platforms for some of the world's leading software companies like VMware, Microsoft, TriNet HR, Saba Software, SAP/Business Objects, Hyperion Solutions, HP, IBM, and many successful start-ups.

Madhukar has attended the Doctoral program in Computer Engineering at UC Irvine, and he holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University. He has also attended the Executive Leadership Program at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.

Currently, Madhukar is the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of Numly™, Inc., a company with a mission to improve employee performance and employee engagement through the development of soft skills. Before joining Numly, Madhukar was at VMware, where he led the Engineering Organization in the design and development of E8's AI/Machine Learning-based, User-Entity Behavioral Analytics Platform, which is now the backbone for Zero-Trust Cybersecurity Cloud infrastructure, deployed worldwide in various large global corporations. Prior to VMware, Madhukar was at Microsoft Corporation, where he led a product engineering organization that designed and developed Microsoft's AI/machine learning-enabled, data platforms and services built on Microsoft's Customer Knowledge Graph for Commercial Sales and Marketing (CRM) applications, now integrated into Microsoft's CRM Dynamics' Customer Insights Platform, delivered via the Azure Cloud.

Madhukar's accomplishments extend beyond the tech industry. He has been a Senior Fellow at Peking University's Guanghua School of Management in Beijing, and he has served as an official member of the Forbes Human Resources Council and the Forbes Technology Council. He has also been a member of Microsoft Alumni Network, an official member of the board of advisors at StartupWind, Inc, and a member of the board of advisors at i2Chain, Inc.
