She has an extensive background in design, development, and implementation of various products, showcasing leadership in managing software development projects at startups and large corporations for 8 years.

With a strong focus on quality assurance, Madhavi has spent 12 years leading and managing teams of QA engineers in both hardware and software product development cycles, including hiring, building, and growing new QA groups.
