Madelon Gielen

Madelon Gielen is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in social sciences and childcare management. Graduated in June 2008, Madelon has a wealth of experience starting from her internship at NJi. During her studies, she actively engaged in day care services and held roles as a board member in a students' union. She was responsible for the treasury functions and public relations. Moreover, Madelon was a key part of the 'opleidingscommissie,' making crucial decisions related to educational programs at Bachelor's and Master's levels.

In January 2009, Madelon began her career as a 'jeugdbeschermer' at Bureau Jeugdzorg Agglomeratie Amsterdam only to transition to Randstad in August that year. She later rejoined skon kinderopvang, the company she worked with during her studies, becoming the manager of two daycares in November 2009. In September 2011, she moved on to CompaNanny as a day care manager and continued until September 2016 when she relocated to São Paulo.

Madelon Gielen's journey continued as she took the role of Editor-in-Chief at House of Awareness Kids website under House of Awareness in October 2016. A year later, in July 2017, she seized the opportunity to join the ALLPOINTS team in São Paulo. By March 2018, Madelon assumed the position of President at the International Newcomers’ Club of São Paulo, showcasing her leadership skills and adaptability across various domains.
