Madeline's educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Medical Anthropology from the University of Connecticut, a Master of Science (MSc) in Control of Infectious Diseases from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Spanish from Dartmouth College.
Throughout her career, Madeline has held various roles with organizations like the Clinton Health Access Initiative, The DREAM Project, City of Austin, Pan American Health Organization/World Health Organization, and Rio Beni Health Foundation. She has experience as a Technical Advisor in Malaria Case Management, Research & Evaluation Specialist, Public Health Program Specialist, and has interned in Gender & Health Equity as well as Gender, Diversity & Human Rights.
