Madeline Bailey is a dedicated professional with a strong educational background and rich experience in the field of social work and international development.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Development Studies and Political Science from McGill University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from San Francisco State University.

Madeline has gained valuable experience through various roles in different organizations. She worked as a Clinical Social Work Intern at Oakland Unified School District, where she honed her skills in providing support and assistance to students.

Her experience at the International Rescue Committee includes roles such as Economic Empowerment Manager, Employment and Career Development Program Coordinator, and Employment and Career Development Specialist. These roles allowed her to make a significant impact by empowering individuals and communities through sustainable livelihood initiatives.

Madeline also contributed to the Volunteer Program Development and Outreach efforts at the International Rescue Committee, showcasing her commitment to engaging with the community and fostering volunteerism.

Prior to her work at IRC, she served as a Research Assistant at McGill University, where she furthered her academic and research skills. Additionally, she held positions such as Community Affairs Coordinator at Students' Society of McGill University and Social Media Coordinator at Ashraya!
