Mackenzie Young

Mackenzie Young, a University of Michigan graduate, has an extensive background in process improvement and lean manufacturing. As a former Manufacturing Engineering Manager at ReSound, Mackenzie is skilled in time studies, facility layouts, and value stream mapping within ISO 13485 QMS guidelines. Besides, Mackenzie is experienced in managing and broadening skills to operations team members to better serve customers. She also has experience as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer and Industrial Engineer at ReSound, and an Industrial Engineer I at Boston Scientific. Additionally, she has served companies like Autocam, Xcel Energy, and Steelcase Inc in diverse roles, including production coordination, engineering support analysis, and MRO/supply chain intern. She also served as a Camp Program Director at Living Water Ministries. Mackenzie's expertise includes process improvement, labor standards, management, and medical device manufacturing, among others.
