Mackenzie Burnett is a climate and security researcher with a focus on ocean policy, water markets, and the Arctic. She studied International Relations, Government & Politics at the University of Maryland before earning a Master's degree in International Policy Studies from Stanford University. Throughout her career, she has held various positions including CEO and Cofounder at Ambrook, Advisor at The Next 50, and Director of the Board at Interact. Additionally, she has worked as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at Stanford University, as well as a Summer Analyst at Renewable Resources Group LLC. Burnett is a former product manager at CoreOS and an Executive Director at Startup Shell.
