Mack Healy

Mack Healy is a seasoned professional with a background in early-stage company and fund law, having advised on numerous high-value venture financings and company acquisitions exceeding $1 billion in total deal value.

He has worked with a range of prominent clients such as Airbnb, Bonobos, Cisco Systems, DataBricks, DataStax, Dell Technologies, Rent the Runway, Tastemade, and WhatsApp.

Currently, Mack leverages his legal expertise and extensive network to support entrepreneurs in the tech and life sciences sectors, particularly those at the crossroads of computation and traditional life sciences.

In addition to his professional pursuits, he serves as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Michigan Law School and a mentor to the University of Texas Venture Fellows.

He has also made investments as an angel investor in companies like PathAI.

Mack Healy holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Michigan Law School, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from UC Santa Barbara, and has studied at Universidad de Alcalá.

Previously, he held key roles at KdT Ventures, Shearman & Sterling LLP, and Fenwick & West, contributing to his wealth of experience in the legal and business sectors.
