Mack Carson

Mack Carson is an accomplished finance professional with vast experience in the real estate financing sector. Mack's proficiency lies in originating and structuring mortgage solutions for private and institutional entities. As an Associate at Canada ICI Capital Corporation, Mack was integral to sourcing and closing funding deals for real estate developers and owners across Canada. It was no surprise that, under his tenure, the team successfully funded over $500 million worth of financing across various debt product offerings, including term loans, CMHC-insured loans, construction loans, bridge loans, inventory loans, and equity solutions for various real estate classes. Prior to his real estate financing stint, Mack studied finance and earned a Bachelor's Degree with First Class Honors from the University of Alberta. Mack was also a member of the Varsity Business Consulting Team and served as the Vice President of Corporate Relations at the Alberta International Business Competition.
