Maciej Klimek

Maciej Klimek is a highly experienced expert in legal and economical regulatory issues in media, telecommunications, and postal sectors. He has extensive knowledge of accounting separation, cost accounting and modelling, regulatory obligations, competition and market analyses, verification of regulatory financial statements, USO definition and financing, among other areas. He has a proven track record of complex project management, including multinational engagements, and public procurement management under Polish and international (EU, EBRD) procedures and regimes. He has expertise in all aspects of functioning of postal business, including products, processes, prices, logistics, automation, strategy, and regulations.

Klimek is known for providing high-level consulting and advisory services to companies and institutions operating in the electronic communications (telecommunications and media) and postal industry, including incumbents, fixed and mobile operators, other operators, regulators - NRAs, and in the public sector, such as state-owned enterprises, ministries, and city councils. He has been a project leader at The Boston Consulting Group and Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, where he served as a Manager and Senior Consultant. He has also worked as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen/Andersen Business Consulting and an Account Executive at Upstairs Young & Rubicam/Wunderman.

Klimek has a Master of Arts in Economics, International Economics and Political Relations from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a CEMS Scholarship, CEMS Master's in International Management Program from Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). He is also a Certified Professional Marketer ACIM (Professional Diploma in Marketing of Chartered Institute of Marketing).
